Both crews were on time, worked tremendously hard, and it looks fabulous! Our sales person Bob was very knowledgeable and the office staff very nice to work with. I had an appointment with Mark F. to do an estimate on replacing my front steps. Mark was very knowledgeable and due to the nature of the job, he actually recommended going a different route, different than concrete. This meant no job for him, but he certainly put my needs first, and especially the needs of my pocket book. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise. Richfield Concrete did a ~1500 sq ft replacement of my concrete driveway, patio, and sidewalk. Working with them was really easy and they listened to all my questions and concerns. They also provided some great suggestions for improving the overall look of my patio that I hadn't thought of, and gave me some options for saving money on various parts of the project. Super happy with the end results.

Highly recommend Richfield Blacktop and Concrete. They replaced our 25 year old asphalt drive with a concrete, replaced the sidewalk and steps from our front door to the street, and worked with our city to replace four sidewalk slabs that had settled in front of our house (retaining water and creating a slipping hazard in winter). Fantastic work! Project Manager Tom was responsive, the on-site crew and foreman were professional, quality of work is fantastic. We had some concerns on the controls cuts in the city sidewalk, and Tom worked with us to answer our questions and resolve them quickly. Very pleased with the outcome
The asphalt driveway at our home was from 1994, so it was badly deteriorated, missing in parts, and cracked everywhere. It, and the concrete front entrance, were unsightly and also a risk to walk on. Knowing they had to be replaced this year, I did hours of research into local firms, read almost every review, had a few estimators come out so I could get their quotes as well as a sense of their work ethic, and then chose Richfield Blacktop & Concrete - one of the best decisions I've ever made. The owner, Tom, was great to work with, patient, and clear in my options. The actual crew was professional, clean, and respectful. And the work itself is of such high quality that several neighbors rang the doorbell to compliment us on it and ask who did it. The bid was competitive, and while we ended up pausing on the work in the short term, I would be glad to do business with Richfield Blacktop & Concrete in the future. I contracted these guys to replace my drive and expand it to include an additional parking spot. The installation process went well, and the drive looked very good. I had a slight issue with the way the concrete apron was repaired, but when I called them to discuss they were very reasonable and we reached an acceptable agreement. I never expect contract work to be 100% bump-free, but if the contractor acts professionally that's all I can ask. Where they really set themselves apart is in post-installation support. A year after installation a weird silver-dollar shaped hole appeared in a random spot in the middle of the drive. I called them and they sent someone out to patch it. The patch has held up perfectly. Two years after installation a small crack appeared at the edge of the drive. I emailed them a picture and they responded same day saying they'd send someone out to patch it up same week. A professional contractor who stands by their warranty.
With absolutely no background or knowledge of concrete replacement, we found Richfield Concrete’s website to be extremely helpful with facts and general information as we went through the interviewing process of various contractors who might do our driveway replacement.
We ended up going with Richfield Concrete because, like their website, they were extremely informative and straightforward in the bidding process, creating a clear picture as to what the process would be from start to finish. Even with unexpected weather and supply chain issues, everything was handled professionally always, and we were always kept extremely well informed as to what was going to happen and when. We are genuinely happy with our new driveway and the overall job as it was performed by Richfield Concrete. I would highly recommend them. From Dan and Tom to all the workers, everyone was highly professional and respectful. They did exactly what they said they would do in a timely manner. We even had a crack and within a couple days they were out repairing it. We absolutely love our new garage floor and driveway.

Tom and his crew did a great job recently in sealing my driveway. The workers were very professional and contacted me prior to coming out the day before. The foreman also followed up with a phone call to make sure that I was satisfied with their service later in the evening once completed. This isn't the first time Ive used Richfield Blacktop as they were also the ones who installed the original driveway. They standby their word when it comes to quality at an affordable price. I will continue in using them in the future.
We had some depression tire marks after 3 years and Tom came out within a week to repair this and a few other spots we hadn't even noticed. They back up their warranty 100%. Highly recommended.

Tom was great to work with, even the changes that happened along the way were no deterrent for this guy! They gave us plenty of time to install our new retaining walls. They even had to come back out to regrade the driveway because there were soft spots. All the crews were amazing at their jobs! Left everything in great condition without a trace they were even here. Very kind and courteous, letting us know when they were done and leaving and made sure all our questions were answered. Love that there's a gal on the crew too! Would very highly recommend these guys! They are very hard workers!
Tom set up our appointment for bid and was punctual. Let us know what would need to be done on our end before work could be performed. Put us at ease knowing they had been in business for a long time and were well respected in the community. Crew was on-time, respectful, worked quickly leaving us with a great finished product. Did have a concern regarding blending old well room concrete blocks with new front steps, and Tom came over himself to color match to ensure a beautiful aesthetic. Richfield Concrete did an excellent job at our residence. We have hired them for our backyard patio, our front sidewalk and plan on using them in the future for a new driveway. They are professional, experienced, and flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend them.
Unbelievable- got an estimate in August and was told my sidewalk would be replaced and new patio made the end of September the beginning of October. September 26th a two man crew showed up to access the project and said they would start the project at 0645 27 September. At 0640 27 September the crew started work and left around 1730. The work performed was not the only amazing part - I had my roof being replaced at the time and the roofers continued to drop debris in the wet cement. The crew from Richfield continued to ensure that NOTHING would destroy the work they had done. They went above and beyond- if you need concrete work done - this is the company that will ensure you get a great job for s very fair price!
We worked well with Bob on the design and estimate for a patio and front driveway; Very accommodating and respectful of our requests, and he came out 3 times over a 3-week period to give us various options. The resulting patio and driveway exceeded our expectations!!
